I have FiNaLLy broken the Plateau!

I have FINALLY broken my plateau and I cannot even begin to describe how excited I am!

For the past few years, my weight has yo-yoed more than Janet Jackson’s, and I have had more ups and downs than Britney Spears (minus the head shaving and attacking cars with umbrellas)

My weight has been a huge issue for a while and it really took a toll on my self confidence and esteem. I worked at In N Out Burger for about 3 years, and the free meals every shift began collecting around my thighs and mid section, and eventually I turned into a walking, talking, Double Double Animal Style with extra spread. I was really hard on my self after I noticed my weight go from a little over 105 pounds to a whopping 144! I was a little squirt, maybe 5′4", and looked like a bad episode of Roseanne.

At the time, I was 15 or 16 years old, and saw a picture of myself while camping with my family, and I flipped out! My face was ginormous and I was a fatty McFat Fat! That photo haunts me to this day, and I vowed to lost the weight. So, I suppose I am an emotional eater, and I ate my way to a devastating 167 pounds.

Not ok.

It was time to get my head together and get this weight off… In a matter of months, I went from a size 9 to a 7, then down to a 5. After competing in pageants and dropping to an unhealthy 107 pounds, I had lost all traces of a female figure. Crash dieting backfired and I partied too much, so I gained a ton of weight back, and ended up at about 147.

I moved to Idaho and I was teeter tottering between 145 and 148. Working at Bodybuilding.com was sort of my motivation to look like Jamie Eason, but it was just not happening… I started to shed some weight around September/October, but still remained at 143 or so. The end of October and beginning of November were stress driven and a few more pounds came off, but unhealthily. December came into full swing and I started to really buckle down and tried to get back into the game. Moving did not help, but I did take off some MORE poundage!

Now it is January, and I could NOT break below 137 and I was getting so frustrated! I started up a new eating plan, and I am eating tons of greens and veggies and lots and lots of chicken… I am not used to that, for I was living off top Ramen and Macaroni and Cheese for a few months!

So I am doing lots of whole grains, wheats, veggies, chicken, milk, no coffee, and most importantly, NO SMOKING :)

I have FINALLY broken the plateau and I am at 134 today and I am so pumped to get CUT and looking supa sessy! Yeowza!

PS-

Note for EndorushEric: I have not posted any progress pictures, and I dono if I want to, very embarassed. Oh, and thanks for leaving my desk messy. HA
