What happens now…
What happens now? That’s the question I have been asking myself all week. I really have fallen into a hole lately. I’ve only been getting in about 10-20 minutes of exercise during my lunch break. My diet has totally been blown out the water. And the worst thing of all is I’ve gained weight! I’m back up six pounds! I hadn’t weighted myself in some time but when I stepped on the scale today, I was mortified.
I started reading "Are You Ready" by Bob Harper yesterday. Hoping that helps me figure out what went wrong. What happened along the way? How did I go from going to the gym daily to not going at all?
I packed my gym bag and my lunch for tomorrow…we’ll see how it goes…

You got to get back in there. You lost your fire. I happen to all of us, but that why we take pictures of ourselves to keep that fire stoke.

Small tip: If possible, try to go before or after work rather than during a lunch break. A good session in the gym for me goes around 90 minutes in the weight room alone. If you only have an hour for lunch, you can only spend about 30 quality minutes doing cardio anyway, the rest is lost in transit and hygeine.

reevaluate what’s important to you. Force yourself to get in for good gym sessions. Keep fighting and sooner (rather than later) the fire in the belly will be back and you will be unstoppable again
