What happens now…
February 6, 2009What happens now? That’s the question I have been asking myself all week. I really have fallen into a hole lately. I’ve only been getting in about 10-20 minutes of exercise during my lunch break. My diet has totally been blown out the water. And the worst thing of all is I’ve gained weight! I’m back up six pounds! I hadn’t weighted myself in some time but when I stepped on the scale today, I was mortified.
I started reading "Are You Ready" by Bob Harper yesterday. Hoping that helps me figure out what went wrong. What happened along the way? How did I go from going to the gym daily to not going at all?
I packed my gym bag and my lunch for tomorrow…we’ll see how it goes…
