Well it just don’t go together.
Ever since My wife got pregnant in October, I have a noticed a change, a big change in MY eating patern. Its seems, once again, I been inheriting all of my wife cravings. After My daughter was born- I have not touched any kind of sweets, or take out food , with the exception of pizza once in a blue, for almost 4 years. Since My wife got pregnant- I have been eating Mcdonalds( It tastes like heart attacks on buns) and eating chocolate, with little or no consideration to my diet or health-
In fact I have been eating chocolate about 2 times a weeks and take out once week- and thats me controling my every day urges to run to the Mcdonalds down the block!!!
I HATE Mcdonalds- it always make me sick, and chocolate tastes too sweet in my opinion, but during this pregnancy I can’t seem to get enough, My inante dislike for these two items has been overridden by a desire to eat!!!
Luckly for me I haven’t gain any weight, thankfully, ( go lifting!!) but at the same point my abs and wastes haven’t seen any great improvement.
2 more months and I will be back to normal- dang it now I am craving a mcgriddle and some hash browns!!!

Ok, it is the third month of the year , but so far it hasn’t been all kosher in regards to my lifting.
Started of with a bang in the month of January- lifted the first 2 and half weeks. Then I strained a muscle in my lower back picking up my 35 pound daughter.( throw around more weight than this, but she got me lol) I decided to take one week off to recoop and to start anew. Then my daughter got hospitalize and the last thing on my mind was lifting. She grateful got better and as soon as she got home- the day after I got sick and hospitalized. so January was a short lifting month.
Enter Febuary- Started off as a ball of fire great for the first 3 weeks of the month- then I moved and had to put my gym stuff in storage. Febuary now shot.
March- It is march 20th and just yesterday I got my excersise stuff out of storage. March has been the suck( as my ex would say). All my kitchen stuff- in storage, thus I have been eating out. I have’t gain any weight but Dang I feel like shit. All that Take out Garbage just makes me feel like crap.
So now I have my stuff- an uneven living room and 20+days since I touched a dumbbell. I feel very unmotivated- the apartment I moved into is nice but so uneven so that bumming me out- feeling like crap bumming me out and all this is causing this cycle of self defeat were I am not looking foward to lifting.
Oh well time to suck it up and drive on.
I have drawn up my next cycle of lifting- and with the new diet plan I have I will see great gains in the up coming months.
Heres to a new cycle and uneveness

Well Quick update on the last 2 months of training.
First I have kept up with my work out routine, averaging 3 workouts per week. To some it may not seem like much, but considering I used to work out 2 -4 time a month before November, well I consider it an over all sucess.
Second I have maintain and increased my workouts, thus puting on 8 pounds of muscles (roughly) in the last 2 months. I am 9 pounds from my total weight gain goal. ( big woot there!!).
Now By FAR is my routine anywhere from perfect. In this new year I hope to build upon the foundation I layed in the last months.
1st I plan to eat healthier.
I plan on cutting out a artafically sweeten drinks from my diet, and pretty much any drink that is not natural. Time to dust of my Jack lallanne juicer lol.
Second I plan to increase my vegtable and fruit intake per day. and reduce the amount of red meat and take out food I eat.
3rd I plan to increase the intensity and frequency of my work outs. 4 to 5 sessions a week with at least 2 double sessions somewhere in there.
New year new attitude. focused and determined I plan to achieve these goals and surpass them.
