Okay…Kitty Katz!!! So today I purchased a memo pad and started recording my progress on weights. Please feel free to leave any tips, feedback etc. It will be GREATLY Appreciated, since everything I’m doing is trial and error *lol!!!

I did cardio earlier in the day because I don’t have time to do it when I’m working weights with the hubby. Cardio: Elliptical - Hill Intervals - Level: 2: 2.03mi - 533Cals.

Back: DB Row:

1 - 25Lbs X 10 reps

2 - 25Lbs X 10 reps

3 - 25Lbs X 10 reps

4 - 25Lbs X 10 reps

Lat PD:

1- 55Lbs X 10 reps

2 - 70Lbs X 5 reps - 55×5

3 - 85Lbs X 3 reps - 70×3 - 55×4

4 - 55Lbs X 3 reps - 70×2 - 55×5

AB Coaster: (while waiting for the hubby)

1 - 20Lbs X 20 reps

2 - 20Lbs x 20 reps

3 - 20Lbs x 20 reps

Low Row:

1 - 55Lbs X 10 reps

2 - 85Lbs X 3 reps - 85×3 - 55×7

3 - 100Lbs X 1 rep - 85×2 - 70×3 - 55×5

4 - 55Lbs X 10 reps

Compound Row:
