					<description>Hi!  I have a CHA plan from Scivation too, but only recently started it.  We have very similar stats, and you stated the diet was higher in cals than what you were consuming. Do you mind my asking how many cals?  One reason I didn't start until last week was due to the LOW about (1200) cals that Derek suggested when he first e-mailed me the plan.  I haven't started using the rec'd workout routine, but I'm already down 5.7# this week, just from sticking with the CHA diet.  I plan to contact Derek on Saturday and get 'officially' started on Sunday.</description>

					<description>I microwaved the oatmeal with milk for about 1 1/2 minutes. Then, I added about 1-2 serving of eggbeaters into it (I didnt measure so I'm not sure sure of exactly how much). I microwaved for another minute, added the cheese, and did another 30 seconds. Then, I just added some pepper.

I wonder if it would be a little crunchy if I fried it like a pancake which would be even better....I'll have to try that next time!

I'll let you know how the carrot cake oatmeal goes!</description>
