Ok So, I figured I need to start making myself more accountable and maybe by making a blog, others encouragement or kickin me in the ass would keep me going through the year. I started a cut in January after a couple months of being lazy through the holidays and a terrible diet from about Halloween through Christmas…yikes now that’s a long break!! Anyway, I have gotten back in my groove pretty quickly but haven’t seen huge results yet. My weight is about the same, maybe even a little higher but my waist has gone down about an inch yay! My biggest issue is some stubborn fat on my thighs and butt that I am determined to melt off before focusing on building up some more muscle. This week, I started an EC Stack and reduced my calories to 1500 and I’m feeling really good. I feel like changes are coming, I already feel like I can see a difference in just a few days. Oh and I kicked ass on my leg day on Tuesday. I hit an almost 200 lb leg press, 125lbs on that butt blaster machine, and 80lbs on both leg extensions and leg curls.
