This is the first time I have competed as a Pro and I need to treat my preperation as such. I have lowered my intake of steak and have replaced many meals with Fish in an attempt to stimulate my thyroid with the iodine.

 Well, everything is going as planned and I am almost at my target weight already. I am down to 199Ibs, 4Ibs of my goal which will be a walk in the park.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sorry I havent been on here for a while, it has been a very busy few weeks with the Arnold and Iron Man.</p>
<p> Well, everything is going as planned and I am almost at my target weight already. I am down to 199Ibs, 4Ibs of my goal which will be a walk in the park.</p>
<p>Diet has been good. I was proud that I managed to get in all of my meals whilst at the Iron Man for four days, and also at the Arnold for four days. I had to carry two cool bags full of food but the trouble paid off. The only thing that was thrown off was my sleeping pattern due to the heavy schedule of these shows. Fot this reason I wont be attending anymore bodybuilding shows until after I have competed in my own bodybuilding show which will be in June.</p>

I think this is partly due to the two full days of snowboarding I did over the weekend. I have decided to stop doing cardio this week and I will wait to see if my weight loss plateaus or at least slows down.</p>
<p>I have still got a large amount of fats in my diet so I am yet to gain a single craving. I am drinking lots of the apple XTEND to keep me anticatabolic and to help with my constant hunger

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I weighed in at exactly 5 pounds lighter than this time last week. I am very happy with the weight loss considering that I am starting out very slowly.</p>
<p>My energy feels fine and I hardly feel like I&#8217;m on a diet thus far. I saw a friend of mine eating some Pizza here yesterday and I almost accepted their offer for a piece, I had for a moment forgot that I was even on a diet.</p>
<p>I am drinking around 4-5 litres of water, two protein shakes and 6 whole meals per day. Due to my increase of meal frequency my metabolism is racing and I am hungry all of the time now. Thats good and means my body is burning.</p>
