I have increased my cardio and lowered my intake of Udo’s oil in an attempt to speed thing up and be ready for my show 3-4 weeks out. This is the first time I have competed as a Pro and I need to treat my preperation as such. I have lowered my intake of steak and have replaced many meals with Fish in an attempt to stimulate my thyroid with the iodine.

Quick question:
I’m blood type A, and casein and whey are "bad" for type A according to "eat right 4 your type". what protein do you recommend for blood type A?

I gotta a question. I do my weight training first thing in the morning on empty stomach. After the workout should I go for protein shake or eat breakfast?
And if I do cardio immediately after the weights, should I have the shake after or before the cardio?

can you name me a couple of good simple carbs to consume immediately after my workout with my protein shake, in order to achieve that insulin spike?
