I have increased my cardio and lowered my intake of Udo’s oil in an attempt to speed thing up and be ready for my show 3-4 weeks out. This is the first time I have competed as a Pro and I need to treat my preperation as such. I have lowered my intake of steak and have replaced many meals with Fish in an attempt to stimulate my thyroid with the iodine.

Quick question:
I’m blood type A, and casein and whey are "bad" for type A according to "eat right 4 your type". what protein do you recommend for blood type A?

Hi - sorry for the late reply. Try opting for a egg protein powder. They taste quite nice
