I am please to say that I have dropped an additional 4Ibs this week so I am now weighing in at 209Ibs. I am dropping weight much quicker than I expected. I think this is partly due to the two full days of snowboarding I did over the weekend. I have decided to stop doing cardio this week and I will wait to see if my weight loss plateaus or at least slows down.
I have still got a large amount of fats in my diet so I am yet to gain a single craving. I am drinking lots of the apple XTEND to keep me anticatabolic and to help with my constant hunger
