I weighed in at exactly 5 pounds lighter than this time last week. I am very happy with the weight loss considering that I am starting out very slowly.
My energy feels fine and I hardly feel like I’m on a diet thus far. I saw a friend of mine eating some Pizza here yesterday and I almost accepted their offer for a piece, I had for a moment forgot that I was even on a diet.
I am drinking around 4-5 litres of water, two protein shakes and 6 whole meals per day. Due to my increase of meal frequency my metabolism is racing and I am hungry all of the time now. Thats good and means my body is burning.

Hey Kris, It’s great that you’re participating in the transformation. I plan on starting it next week so i’m definitely excited.
