This week I am another 2Ibs lighter and still feeling fine.

I am enjoying the fact that my cardiovascular endurance seems to be up due to the weight loss even though I have stopped doing cardio.

 I will be going snowboarding agin this weekend so I will make sure my calories are a little higher so I dont lose too much muscle

I am please to say that I have dropped an additional 4Ibs this week so I am now weighing in at 209Ibs. I am dropping weight much quicker than I expected. I think this is partly due to the two full days of snowboarding I did over the weekend. I have decided to stop doing cardio this week and I will wait to see if my weight loss plateaus or at least slows down.

I have still got a large amount of fats in my diet so I am yet to gain a single craving. I am drinking lots of the apple XTEND to keep me anticatabolic and to help with my constant hunger

I weighed in at exactly 5 pounds lighter than this time last week. I am very happy with the weight loss considering that I am starting out very slowly.

My energy feels fine and I hardly feel like I’m on a diet thus far. I saw a friend of mine eating some Pizza here yesterday and I almost accepted their offer for a piece, I had for a moment forgot that I was even on a diet.

I am drinking around 4-5 litres of water, two protein shakes and 6 whole meals per day. Due to my increase of meal frequency my metabolism is racing and I am hungry all of the time now. Thats good and means my body is burning.

 Below is one of my before pictures taken this week.

I hope that many of you have decided tp participate in our 12 week transformation super feature. I have decided to participate myself in hope to not only get into better shape but be able to relate to those much better also taking part. It has been a couple of years since I have completed a challenge such as this, so this will be a great reminder to know what each and everyone of you are going through. Hopefully this will help me help you should you have any questions.

I weighed in at 217Ibs at 5′7" and would like to get down to 195-200Ib within the next 12 weeks without losing any muscle. I havent taken my body fat % or any measurments as I much prefer to judge from what I see in the mirror. My before picture is on my computer at home so I will post this early next week or over the weekend.
