I know I know, I lost ground big time in several months time. I’m just now really getting back in the swing of things and getting back down, Hopeflly i’ll be back down to 180 in 3 months or sooner, I have good reason to keep at it now because I am going to get my Six-pack!!!! I just had to make that update to show myself how much I gotta get back on Track.

Sorry folks, I got jostled off the band wagon, a lot of shit came up over the last few months. When I got the time to hit the gym again, the gyms here on post were literally crowded to standing room only and have been that way for some time. So i had to assemble my own portable in-room gym and I’m still sorting out the ideas of how to use it effectively. here is the equipment i have avaliable and i’m open to any and all exercise ideas you might be able to come up with.
1 set of Pushup Bars, 1 Exercise ball, 1 door mounted sit-up bar, and a Perfect Pull up that locks in using your own body weight.
Weight - 1 set of 10 pound adjustable ankle weights, 20 pound adjustable condtioning vest, 1 set of 2.5 pound wrist weights.
Yes i know some are no brainers for combo’s but I need and and all ideas, it will all be appreciated.

it’s amazing how much a little stress can mess with a persons well being when they don’t have an outlet to manage it. Thankfully that wasn’t this week (last week was another story), though this week did suck I had the gym to go to and put the stuff to good use. I made more progress than I thought I would for a weeks time, going below 183, even if it was by .2 pounds. Keeping to my diet isn’t difficult but those urges for that occasional McDonalds meal is hard to ignore some times, thankfully I’ve got some insane will power and blow those cravings off with a Nice cup of Warm Oolong tea. That is until my Cheat day where I am allowed to have a singular meal of the stuff. When I go on my cutting cycle though I’m going to have to cut the cheat days all together so I can get to my goal, but thats a bridge i’ll cross when i come to it. Until the the Iron will keep on pumping.

Well my break week is over officially and tomorrow officially starts cycle 2 of my Tri-cycle system training, and my Calorie limit for the Cycle began today in addition to being more stringent on what I consume. This cycle is just primary focusing on keeping a balance up and edging off on the muscle building ramping up slowly to the Cutting cycle in 8 weeks. So far my system has worked for me, but the 1st time through is always an experiment all in it’s self. Considering my results from last cycle i’m really excited to see where i’ll be in 8 weeks, last week I made progress in leaps and bounds, now I can’t assume my progress will be nearly as fast, but I hope it’s just as steady.

over the last two months i’ve dropped roughly 15ish pounds and added a couple in the last week. I was unable to get in the gym except 2 times this week thanks to work. But i’m happy with my progress so far and I can’t wait to see where i’m going. Perhaps my goal isn’t so far out of reach.
