Day One
August 27, 2007First day getting back into a regular program. My tendancy is either I’m all in or all out. I’ve been out for a while and now am jumping in with both feet tracking everything on this site.
WORKOUT: (mid-day at gym)
STARTER PROGRAM (will do a general workout touching major body parts 3 days a week)
Chest - Bench Press, Decline Bench Press
Shoulders - Seated Military Barbell Press, Arnold Dumbbell Presses
Back - Bentover Barbell Rows, Lat Pulldowns
Legs - Barbell Squats
FOOD:
9a - yogurt, creatine orange drink (start of load phase - 1 week)
10:30a - cottage cheese
12:15p - apple
12:30 - WORKOUT
1:45p - cabbage salad w cukes and grilled chix breast. orange creatine drink (out of milk for protien shake)
5p - apple w/ peanut butter
6:30p - pork roast, white rice, beans, skim milk
