Thak You All
Sunday, March 30th, 2008I want to take this time to say thank you to my Wife Denise!! She has been my main support during my training for the Vancouver Natural. She has made sure that We worked hard every day and that I did my Cardio. She watched my nutrition and kept me on track.
This weekend I Won The Vancouver Natural Mens Masters over 40 and I won the Overall sword. This is my first sword. I would not have come this far with out her help and support.
I also wanted to say Thank you To Mark and Rob, With out you two pushing me and teasing me the last three months I don’t think that I would have pushed so hard to be my best also. It is friends like you two that truely define the true meaning of friend!!! I Love you both.
I also wanted to thank all of the people on body space for there support and kind words. This is a great place for people to come and get the motivation to keep striving to be better and reach there goals.
