I want to take this time to say thank you to my Wife Denise!! She has been my main support during my training for the Vancouver Natural. She has made sure that We worked hard every day and that I did my Cardio. She watched my nutrition and kept me on track.
This weekend I Won The Vancouver Natural Mens Masters over 40 and I won the Overall sword. This is my first sword. I would not have come this far with out her help and support.
I also wanted to say Thank you To Mark and Rob, With out you two pushing me and teasing me the last three months I don’t think that I would have pushed so hard to be my best also. It is friends like you two that truely define the true meaning of friend!!! I Love you both.
I also wanted to thank all of the people on body space for there support and kind words. This is a great place for people to come and get the motivation to keep striving to be better and reach there goals.
Thank you all so much!!
To my wife Denise, I Love You Baby, I’m The Luckiest guy on the earth!!

Hey everyone, I just wanted to say thank you for all the support and comments that I have received from all the people on this site. You are all an inspiration to me. I have met some wonderful people and a few unique ones also. That is what makes this so much fun.
I will be competing next year in a show in Washington State; I will be doing masters and maybe do couples again with my wife. She is my life and she is what keeps me pushing forward. It is so nice to have my wife and family support me in what we love to do. When you are a competitor you need a support team. That means your friends and family need to support you to achieve your goals and plans. You are an athlete in training and you need all the help you can get. It is hard enough to train for a show with there support, I can’t imagine training for a show with out there support.
I just wanted to thank my wife and kids for all there support. I Love You Denise, Britney & Nicholas. With out you guys I wouldn’t be whole.

Hello, thanks for coming to my blog, I’m new to this. I have looked at a lot of your sites. You are all an inspiration, and I wish I had some of your genetics. My hardest gainer is my legs. They just started cutting my last show, now if I could just gain some sweep. Well I keep trying. I’m giving myself another year to gain lean mass and will try the masters in April next year. My wife is my inspiration; I feel that we all need a person to back all that we do. With out a support group it is harder to achieve our goals. Train hard and safe.
