missed my post yesterday so this is for both. Lifted legs rather hard yesterday, even tho i hate lifting legs. then did some speed work with one of my players. lets were really sore this morning but got walmed up during the football lift. after the football workout was over i lifted back pretty hard and am feeling a great pump in my lats and traps amd ,y elbow actually didnt hurt today! just need to get my "assistant strength coach" to quit yapping and workout so he stops making my workout take FOREVER!

Hey your tat is pretty bad ass, is that a sparrow? Sounds like you were hittin legs pretty hard, has that been payin off? Sorry to read about your mom… working out is a good way to shade that away.Did you ever find a good girl to keep you motivated?Sounds like you’re passionate about coaching…hope you’re off to a good start.Are you using any supplements?Hope to hear from you soon
