so im back on track. finally have a set schedule and can be consistant, this helps BIG TIME because im a creature of habit when it comes to my "day" life. today was my first day as Strength Coach at St. Marys High School and things went really well. The kids need a lot of work on squat and clean tech. but that will all come with time and practice. After the players were gone I lifted Bi’s and Tri’s. I got a good lift in doing about 5 exercises each, 3 sets of about 8 reps. I still dont have the definition i would like in my arms, but the mass seems to be getting much better. and im stronger than i have ever been. well thats about it for today….not that im in a consistant routine ill be back daily
