my goal starting last summer was to gain 5 lbs and end up with 13% body fat. last summer i ended up being 175 lbs and around 14- 15 % body fat. I’m so stoked! its so awesome that i gained 5 lbs and am more lean it might be 4 lbs with water weight, but i had water weight last summer too, maybe i’m being skeptical of myself. none the less i’m proud of myself i love bodybuilding, and i’m so stoked! maybe i will go for 12 % i might need to go research, i don’t want to lose muscle by lowering my bf %.

the past three years i have been floating along, makeing up my own workouts, nowhere to get tips information, techniqies, my old workout plan was like this, monday 3 sets of e-z bar bicep curls or just 3 sets of concentration curls then onto only 3 sets of one excersize for triceps! lol, i just didn’t know! i was only doing one excercise per muscle groups a week! bench legs whatever day , i was only doing three sets of one mucle group excercise! no wonder i wasn’t making any gains! so i have learned alot from bodybuilding.com about workout routines, and how to make oatmeal/egg white pankakes! Saturday i changed my workout routine for the week drasticly! and my biceps are actually just a little sore close to the inside of my elbow or lower bicep, so i’m going to follow through with my bench maybe 3 sets incline 3 flat 3 decline, legs 3 sets sqauts 3 lunges 3 calfs? 3 sets deadlifts, and so on for all my muscle groups. i can’t believe all this time a was so off! thanks bodybuilding.com!
