so frustrated
Monday, September 3rd, 2007wow im so pissed at myself right now…i was doin so well on my workout plan and meal plan then i hit a two week span full of long shifts a t work, family vaca, and cookouts and have lifted probably three times and done zero cardio over that length of time..not to mention how unhealthy ive been eating. any words to help me get back on track would be much appreciated
