Had my first night of wrestling (WWE style) training tonite, and let me tell you wat an ass kickin cardio workout that is…So im three weeks in to hardcore training and love the results…anyone with any advice on any are of bodybuilding(workouts, meal plans, cardio, supplements) please just throw it my direction…thanks for the feedback

WWE style wresting - that does sound like fun. Is this a class or are you actually trying out? Good luck with it in any event - very creative way to get the cardio in!
