Great Week
Well I’m a little more than a week into training and am addicted…every morning i get up and can’t wait to do my morning cardio(either 2 mile run or 4.5 mile bike). I’ve been eating as well as i can (anyone with meal plan suggestions let me know) and am stoked over the results so far. I worked my legs today, and for any experienced bodybuilder out there, is there a certain weight range i should start wearing a belt for squats??? Alrite everyone thanks for the feedback, its great to hear.

well its deffinately early for you to wear a belt i wouldnt worry about that unless you feel any problems. but yea im addicted to lol i just cant stop. keep it up man
