Wrestling

Had my first night of wrestling (WWE style) training tonite, and let me tell you wat an ass kickin cardio workout that is…So im three weeks in to hardcore training and love the results…anyone with any advice on any are of bodybuilding(workouts, meal plans, cardio, supplements) please just throw it my direction…thanks for the feedback

Great Week

Well I’m a little more than a week into training and am addicted…every morning i get up and can’t wait to do my morning cardio(either 2 mile run or 4.5 mile bike).  I’ve been eating as well as i can (anyone with meal plan suggestions let me know) and am stoked over the results so far.  I worked my legs today, and for any experienced bodybuilder out there, is there a certain weight range i should start wearing a belt for squats???  Alrite everyone thanks for the feedback, its great to hear.

Well this is my second day back into the long road of bodybuilding.  i’m already starting to regain that addiction to lifting i had in late fall and wish i had never put the weights down.  this site is so helpful with all the feedback, anyone with any advice for motivation, advice, or programs for beginners let me know
