Wow, i’m soooo frustrated right now. I was just settling into a mass gain routine for the winter and finalizing my meal plan when i was like knocked out the past few days…I went to the doctors today and i have freakin mono, which means no liftin for me for at least a week! ARghhhhhh! I feel like just liftin anyway

wow im so pissed at myself right now…i was doin so well on my workout plan and meal plan then i hit a two week span full of long shifts a t work, family vaca, and cookouts and have lifted probably three times and done zero cardio over that length of time..not to mention how unhealthy ive been eating. any words to help me get back on track would be much appreciated

so i am sitting here at my computer after working a ridiculously busy 11-6 shift at work, coming home and getting in a ass-kicking arms workout and then a 5 mile run where i experienced runner’s high for the first time in my life. if this isnt exhaustion then i dont know wat is, but the best part is i love it! once again thank you everyone for the feedback and again i welcome any advice anyone has to offer…definately time for some new progress pics, those should be coming soon!

so i definately just had the most ridiculous workout so far of my four weeks of hardcore training. i can say with certainty that i busted right through that plateau that has been aggravating me for the past week. well just wanted to share my excitement with all of you.

Had my first night of wrestling (WWE style) training tonite, and let me tell you wat an ass kickin cardio workout that is…So im three weeks in to hardcore training and love the results…anyone with any advice on any are of bodybuilding(workouts, meal plans, cardio, supplements) please just throw it my direction…thanks for the feedback

Well I’m a little more than a week into training and am addicted…every morning i get up and can’t wait to do my morning cardio(either 2 mile run or 4.5 mile bike). I’ve been eating as well as i can (anyone with meal plan suggestions let me know) and am stoked over the results so far. I worked my legs today, and for any experienced bodybuilder out there, is there a certain weight range i should start wearing a belt for squats??? Alrite everyone thanks for the feedback, its great to hear.

Well this is my second day back into the long road of bodybuilding. i’m already starting to regain that addiction to lifting i had in late fall and wish i had never put the weights down. this site is so helpful with all the feedback, anyone with any advice for motivation, advice, or programs for beginners let me know
