allllrighty! Fresh week, fresh start. Got new spirals for my food logs and new batteries for my scale this afternoon so Ill weighin first thing tommorow and chart it. I was pretty lax on my diet for about a month so Im sure itll create an ugly little chart mountain, but it is what it is. Im sure it’ll be a slap on the ass, but avoiding scales is what blew my ass up to 340lbs - I’ve learned my lesson. Lets have a great week!

I figured Id relay this one cuz it really woke me up. About 2 yrs ago both my parents were dioagnosed with different kinds of cancer. By way of operations, chemotherapy, hotshot doctors, and alot of praying - both of them were doin just fine so I started the job hunt about 4 months ago with mixed results. Then my dad got sick again with a kidney issue. I got soo mad at God for punishing these good people. This was the last straw, so for months out of anger I basically turned my back on God.
The job hunt went horribly. I Got very depressed and moody. The other night I climbed into bed, said my prayers, and apologized and asked for help because I’m having no luck going at it on my own. Help me find something, I like and that Im good at. Long story short, 2 days later Comcast called out of nowhere and offered me an interview, and the next day offered me the job. Not gonna get rich but its great advancment opps, and job security so I snatched it up. Now im just waiting on the background checks, etc.
So no matter how shitty things get. No matter how many times life kicks you in the nuts. No matter how hopeless the future may seem. Hang in there and keep the faith!!! Cuz its always darkest just before the sun comes up

this is pretty much what I did to my diet this week
My sister lives 6hrs away and when I got the call that her back blew out and she needed help, I had no problem hauulin ass up to help out my sister with her kid and stuff like that for a week. I had great intentions of eating clean, walkin the dogs for an hour every day. What actually happened was - fastfood + beer + laziness. Yes sir, I done f*cked up real good!………………………………… …………………
I have no clue how traveling business people are able to stick with a hardcore health regimin when they are on the road. I did take em to the dog park and run with em a few times but basically last week was a scratch AND a backpedal. Oh well, sister is better and back at work, Im back home, and Ill climb back into the saddle tommorow (Monday), so I gotta cook my troughs of brown rice and oatmeal later. Lookin forward to gettin my sweat on, I have like 5 gallons of retained water from all the beer and salt, I feel like a tub O’ shit today.I did get some great pics of lisa’s bulldogs tho so ill use em in my blogs this week…………………………………. ……………
Ok I have confessed my sins, so now I feel clean again. Im gonna get new batteries for my scale this week as well. In retrospect, im ALOT more disciplined when I have to weighin AND chart my weight here. Alrighty, enough pissin and moaning - Lets Have a great week!

I think Ethel may have a sweeter ass than the almighty Chickentuna. Then again, I only got a few hrs sleep last night. My sister hurt her back so I gotta drive my mom 6hrs up there so she can take care of her kid for a while. Long drive, but what can ya do. Stayin at Hampton Inn, Im pretty sure they have an exercise room. Plus takin her dogs for a walk.Ill be back Friday for sure.

So at 4:30pm yesterday my dad woke up from a nap and got me to get him a thermometer from the store, he feels weird. Fast forward to 3:30am, we are in the emergency room, hes writhing in pain for about 2 hrs waiting for the CT scan results and the doc. Hes a tough f*cker so he always rejects pain meds "so he can talk to the doctor withhout being dopey". This is where me and him differ drastically!!! I can’t take enough pills when I am hurt.
Anyways, long story short, a 2mm kidney stone from outta nowhere bought this 6′3 270lber practically to his knees. Tell you what. No matter how many times I read to the contrary, I’m gonna really superhydrate if I ever have the balls to use creatine again. And the diet sodas are gettin a strict limit of 2 per day - starting monday. Cuz beleive u me, those f*ckin kidney stones are no joke!!!
Happy ending tho - the nurses said it’ll be no sweat from here on; As of 8am, hes back home, happily doped up, and had a shot to dialate the ureters so itll piss out faster.
Lets kick some ass this week! Those inevitable holiday pigouts are fast approachin. Gotta stoke the metabolism fire now

wake - 20 minutes bike
2 eggs, 1 egg white; 1 cup oatmeal
chicken breast; 1 cup brown rice; green veg
big can tuna; 1/2 cup brown rice — or 2 rice cakes
lift; 20-30 minutes bike
2 protein powder; 1/2 cup oatmeal or banana
meat green; veg
Its a ton of food, but its all clean and very lowfat. 2x per day cardio sucks, but I dont have to like it, I just gotta do it. This plan will morph one more time in about a week or 2. I wanted to give my body some adjustment time. I found a killer new mexican sauce, called Tapatio. Some sweet, alotta spicy. It has spanish writing on it, so I figured it was the real deal. It is excellent on chicken or steak. Hasta Luego!

Its working! This week I started my new menu where I ate tottaly clean and natural, my only cheat is the quaker weight control oats. I dropped the amount of fat I eat bigtime, and doubled the carbs.. Even tho I had a 3 month plateau, I was very scared to change things up actually, beacuse my old menu gave me such good results for so long.
It was like jumping off a building. The hardest part is lookin over the edge, after that first step, the rest is easy. Dropped 3 lbs and .2%BF. Ill be adding in protein powder shakes this week, when they get here tommorow. Ill post my new regimine/ menu tommorow when I’m bored.
The holidays are right around the corner. Gotta crank that metabolism as high as I can now, cuz the inevitable family gatherings will be here sooner than later! And I know from past experince, brown rice and chickenbreast goes out the window after budlights enter the equation

well overall the visit went great this weekend, But holy shit my brother-in-law can drink! Crazy f*cker drank so much last nite that he shat ON the toilet seat. He missed that bigass hole completly. He blamed it on the avacado rolls from cheescake factory but im more incline to think it was the 20 budlights he pounded. It was hilarious last night, and i took a pic, but now that the booze is burned off, I’m sure he only washed that shit off with water. I hope i dont get some weird kind of butt cooties.
Anyways… Ill be back to eating clean and exercin hardcore again tommorow,. I got my new diet plan from Alex; Ill post it after I email him for few clarifications.
Gonna start usin egg protein powder instead of whey since I think milk is what makin me breakout. Its more expensive, but so is medicne and dermatologist visits. Oh well, shit happens, just gotta roll with the punches. Be cool and have a great weekend! I cant wait to sleep in my bed after bein on an airmattress for 4 days

I think I may have discovered the culprit for my copmplexion problems. Have had skin like a teenagr for the last few weeks, and have been puzzled.
Well, since the in-laws have been down, been drinkin beer, eatin bbq, BUT not eatin tons of fat free cheese and no whey protein drinks… Skin is clearer than its been in months. I guess dairy is the culprit after all.

Somethin to look forward to –> I should have my new diet plan all made up for me by the time they clear out - so I’ll be able to transition right into it. I sent out my pics, data sheets, all that shit so Alex should get em tommorow or tuesday. In the meantime, I’m gonna make a point of lifting daily, even if i have a hangover, and a minimum of 15 min cardio daily. I’ll be back when everything settles down and the family invasion blows by. I keep bodsypace on the D.L. so I dont jump on here while I have company. Ive found that alotta people tend to be "energy vampires" when it comes to fitness type stuff, so I keep it to myself. Have a great weekend!!!!
