finally friday!

Got to try out the new sneakers this mornin. Resurrected the 5:30am walks along the beach road this morning. Wakin up an hr early was not fun, but its sweet gettin the cardio outta the way while I’m half asleep; so I don’t spend hrs dreading or bullshitin my way out of it. Did 40 minutes today, Ill add minutes as the days progress, so I dont get shin splints or joint soreness right outta the gate.
Ill start doin pm cardio as well. Probly just 20 minutes on the bike after I lift.
