Great week but damnit I was happy to see 5pm roll around tonite!
Dropped to 251.7 on my last weigh-in; So just as predicted, the AM walks and clean eating is burin the belly again. Im gonna start poundin a gallon of water agin startin monday so that should knock out the water retention I get from the diet mountain dews, pickles, and other salty food. 5lbs down, 21 to go.

For shits and giggles, here was this weeks menu:
5am) 30-40 minute walk
- 6:15am) 3 whole eggs + 1 packet of quaker weight control oatmeal
- 12noon) big turkey sandwich - 2 wholewhet bread, 2 fat free cheese, a good amt of turkey slices, fat free mayo and yellow mustard. 1 Pure Protein bar from walmart
- 5-6pm) another Pure Protein bar -
workout
- 7-8pm)steak or chicken / sweet potato, broccoli with 1 pack of chese grits on top. Its pretty damn good i must say, even tho i hate the word “grits”.
- desert) 1 cup of fat free, sugar free Luke’s icecream.
