still alive

Hey hey! Its been quite a while so I wanted to give a quick update. As of this morning I reinstated cardio as soon as i wake up. Cuz post work cardio was just too easy to talk myself out of. Got a cooler so I bring my (2) lunches now. Basically 2 turkey sandiches with fat free cheese, i eat breakfast at about 6:30, then a sandiwch at 11am and then another at 3pm. Plain but good, and 2 diet mountain dews. Been guzzlin water as well since I found one of those big orange water jug things like u see on garbage trucks. Liftin when I get home is goin well too. I found tonite that if i eat dinner, then lift, i feel much better, then just tryin to get by on a protein drink. School starts monday so Im sure that’ll be interesting. Ive decided aim for a weigh of 230lbs. Im ~250 now so Ive got my work cutout for me; but I just gotta do what has been proven to work. Cardio first thing, natural food, no more weekend beer bashes for a while.
So how are things goin for you all??!?!

That sounds like a good plan to me. I’ve been good and was wondering where you went off to. I’m glad to see that all is well with you.

Hey thats great your packing your lunch! Work always screws me up especially working in an office with cake and doughnuts all over the place! Keep it up!
At least your giant cup has water in it and not pop! I see so many people in school and at work with the gut buster pop jugs and the calories in those!!!
