this weeks program
wake - 20 minutes bike
2 eggs, 1 egg white; 1 cup oatmeal
chicken breast; 1 cup brown rice; green veg
big can tuna; 1/2 cup brown rice — or 2 rice cakes
lift; 20-30 minutes bike
2 protein powder; 1/2 cup oatmeal or banana
meat green; veg
Its a ton of food, but its all clean and very lowfat. 2x per day cardio sucks, but I dont have to like it, I just gotta do it. This plan will morph one more time in about a week or 2. I wanted to give my body some adjustment time. I found a killer new mexican sauce, called Tapatio. Some sweet, alotta spicy. It has spanish writing on it, so I figured it was the real deal. It is excellent on chicken or steak. Hasta Luego!

doing cardio twice a day? I would but being a smurf my knees hurt too much. Hot sauce and me dont mix..contaminates mu bladder. Well, anyhew glad to see you burning it up..i will get back to form with some rest this weekend. Good for you man! You always have such energy!
