2lb loss from a minor diet tweak

Dropped 2 lbs this week.

Since i failed miserably at my first attempt with carb cycling I attribute it to the change I made in the timing of starchy carbs.

I have 1/2 cup oatmeal, as soon as i wake up with my protein drink. Then I have oatmeal 1 hr before and 1/2 cup brown rice soon after I exercise. This way the starchy stuff is used up rather than sittin around like a bunch of hobos at a bus stop.

My 2 anytime carbs (pure protein bar and fake ice cream) stayed the same. Those suckers keep me sane

    Love the Revenge of the Nerds clip! My sanity is in eating hershey kisses and downing the occasional electric lemonade (vodka baby, vodka)
