Read alotta blogs this week, and alotta people are binging or just having full blown cheat weeks. Not at parties or picnics, but moreso just the watching tv, shoveling junkfood kind. Believe me Ive done more than my share in the past!! man, me and brother in law used to get (2) 18pks of bud light and stay up till 4am playin videogames. You can only imagine the kind of food and the quantity that follows after a bender like that. I still get made fun of for the weird culinary choices I made when i was shitfaced. Like eating captain crunch out of big metal flowerpots cuz the bowls were just too small for my manly appetite. or crushing cheese doodles up into instant mashed potatos.. I could go on for hours.. 10 years of beer and “bad decisions”, I ate alotta crazy shit that wrecked my physique.

I find once I start giving in to my craving for one thing it leads to another. One tactic I tried is eating something healthy after something bad. Like watermelon piece after a few chips or a bowl of cereal. That tends to stop the crazy carb craving or mindless eating.
I got brazil nuts to eat a few throughout the day to fill me up.
My entire family are nintendo fanatics so I have seen the weirdest shit consumed in my house and my folks.
Cheetos by the way are good inside a dagwood bologna cheese and mayo sandwich on wonder bread.

Fitness is all about mentality and planning. You have got the mentality thing down pat. I actually don’t understand binges, anymore. Why don’t just have a little something, hell even gives yourself a day off, then get right back on the wagon?
Dunno, but I think you get it, more than many people!
