The elbows and knees are back to normal - the combo of ice packs, animal flex, and time did the trick again. Thursday is here, so its about that time to slam cardio into high gear for sunday; still usin swimmin instead of ellip but definitly gonna start kickin harder instead of just floppin around underwater explorin

Oh my God! WTF?? That is so nasty I am at a loss for words!!! I feel much better about my weight suddenly..Where do you find these videos?
I know what you mean about knees being something to watch out for. I have to slow myself down on a run during HIIT as they hurt like hell sometimes.
Hows the weight loss going? Mine is dragging..I am running like 2-4 miles a day and eating clean and it is still draggin.

im a howard stern fan so I go to the sternfannetwork messageboard. they sometimes have "gif threads" so if i see any good ones ill grab em; that or just go to photobucket and type gif in the search and theres a ton of em.
progress seems solid. eatin clean, been drinkin my gallon daily and religiously take the carnitine before i exercise. I never really can tell till sunday tho
