$13 walmart protein powda

well i ran outta my ON whey today. Ran up to walmart for some Pure Protein Bars and to check out their vast array of protein powders. Every brand has creatine mono in their “growth matrix’s”. Decided that id give a 2lb tub of Body Fortress a shot since it was only 13 bucks and I’m feeling daring.Its probly made outta ground up cat testicles and hair, but i pound like 5 scoops a day and the popular stuff is gettin a little price for this cheap honky. We shall see! I hope i don’t turn out like the dude in the video.

UPDATE - 3 scoops later - no gurggling stomach or anything bad. cookies n cream tastes like coconuts but is ok.  lookin forward to seein creatine’s effects; gonna make sure i kill my gallon of water every day for sure .

UPDATE  - 24 hrs later - still A-OK! awesome, aside from the taste, Im very happy with this stuff. i strippped down in the bathroom just now and the chest / shoulders look badass today.  the creatine is workin its magic.

FINAL UPDATE - well bad news. - im startin to break out a little bit since starting this, the creatine i think. damn! i love the price,  but stressin over my complexion is the last thing i need. gonna stick with the Optimum line. they cost more but in the end, its like they say - “You get what you pay for”.

Positive Visualization

This may sound like fluffy, hippy, bullshit…BUT… I had a realization today. Positive visualization truly has  helped me to achieve a 12 year dream, in less than a year.  My sister and I have been to a series of Tony Robbin’s seminars so we learned tons of techniques - I do them so often that i dont realize it. I thought Id pass along one of  the easiest and most useful

This can be very empowering, but if you obsess or turn this into an exercise in self loathing, it can be very depressing. Get on a form fitting black shirt. One where there is no hiding.  Listen to a song that gets u into a happy place. This is the time to get my head and the universe in sync with what you want. what you DESERVE!

Stand in front of a  semi-dimmed mirror. See exactly where you are now. Take in all the details, bulges,. Then close your eyes, and imagine your body changing its form. See the bulges, muscles, everything rearranging and reshaping under that black shirt. And see crystal clear the finished product of the way you ultimatly WANT to look. It can take a while; it can even take a couple days of trying.. I bullshitted myself for so long about the way I looked that my brain would not accept the picture that I was trying to form. It just would not come into focus; or my attention would try to wander.

Work at it. Once you are able to see the “ideal you” - Lock that picture in, make it as bright as you can, and hold it tight in your mind’s eye!  Take a stand to your OLD self and the universe.  From this point on,  im going to do everything in my power to get HERE. Id look at my “pictures” everyday when id lumber around the track, thighs rubbing, 4xl shirt drenched in sweat, nerdy ass Big and Tall shorts, huffin and puffin. I saw soooo clearly how i wanted to be.  I’d picture myself running by, muscles, no beerbelly floppin around, I’d get slapped on the ass and told “walk faster! Never give up dude!” I took this stuff very seriously and it paid off..  I got a new suit today, in 1 year shrunk my waist from a 52 to a 42 an I’m finally startin to look like the guy in my “picture”

Read alotta blogs this week, and alotta people are binging or just having full blown cheat weeks. Not at parties or picnics, but moreso just the watching tv, shoveling junkfood kind. Believe me Ive done more than my share in the past!!  man,  me and brother in law used to get (2) 18pks of bud light and stay up till 4am playin videogames. You can only imagine the kind of food and the quantity that follows after a bender like that. I still get made fun of for the weird culinary choices I made when i was shitfaced. Like eating captain crunch out of big metal flowerpots cuz the bowls were just too small for my manly appetite. or crushing cheese doodles up into instant mashed potatos.. I could go on for hours.. 10 years of beer and “bad decisions”, I ate alotta crazy shit that wrecked my physique.

dentist

went to the dentist today for my 6 month checkup. my always goregous hygenist Jen was blown away and made a huge scene at how different I look. Very embarrasing but extremely flattering and motivating.

Bad part was that apparently the Pepsi Max has been staining my teeth. She got on me about how bad it is for you, etc etc. then the dentist came in and told me about how all the acid eats away at the enamel….

Glad I discovered the vivarin last week cuz I gotta give up the cokes. Id hate to mess up my grill just for somethin that tastes good.  You can give me the I told ya so whenever you are ready Brutus!

Very good results this week - despite the low intensity cardio sessions.

-1.9lbs / -.3% BF 

Re-discovered Vivarin yesterday. That stuff has just enough kick that i have clean energy for my workout; but unlike White Flood or SP, it doesn’t leave me wired for 3 hrs and horny as a dog with 2 dicks.  One tab, 15 minutes pre-workout and Im good to go

Gonna kick back today.  watch Rambo, lift, then crack open my fake beers.

The elbows and knees are back to normal - the combo of ice packs, animal flex, and time did the trick again. Thursday is here, so its about that time to slam cardio into high gear for sunday; still usin swimmin instead of ellip but definitly gonna start kickin harder instead of just floppin around underwater explorin

Due to my tender knees, I had to go with a low intensity cardio this week - and STILL got killer results.

I’m convinced that my diet is perfectly tweaked for endomorphs. Ill write it and my supplement regimine today and post the link for it here
