this weeks results: -3LBS ….. -.4%BF

Great results this week! I dropped 3 lbs and  -.4% body fat.

        Changes:

  • added an 3rd protein drink, to take my total grms per day to just over 300
  • am cardio) 30 minutes walkin, 10-15 minutes jogging / runnning.
  • post WO cardio is still 25-30 min elliptical

Gonna take 2 days off the pavement pounding so my hips can chill out;  ill get on the gas again Tuesday.

finally time for a new batch of supplements

its lasted a looong time, but i can finally see the bottom of my last 7lb bucket of isopure zero carb whey - im sooo glad! a few months back i violated my golden rule on a spur of the moment impulse and got VANILLA. DOH! i shoulda been kicked in the nuts right there and then, but it was a good lesson to re-learn.

anyways, I got 10lbs of optimum’s rocky road, 4lb ON chocolate casein, and 2 Animal Flex. never had the AF before but my since ive started including jogging/running, my hip joints have been rusty lately -  and the stuff from walgreens just isn’t cuttin it; i see is great reviews for the Animal line so i figure ill give it a shot.

I’m soooo lookin forward to hearin that UPS truck pull into the driveway next week.

Finally reached the 250lb range… now its time for chins and pullups

well this morning i finally crawled into the 250’s.  259.9lbs to be exact but its still counts. also dropped .5% BF last week. i didn’t change my diet at all, but i threw in joggin bursts with my morning walk, and stretched my post WO cardio to 30 minutes.

ive been thinkin about how cool itd be to do chinups again, so i gave it a try on my rack’s chin  bar. i can get up about 3/4, so i started doing assisted chins. i can get 4-5 at a time that way. i figure that if i add 1 more every day, i oughtta build up the strength to do em for real. im gonna work on mastering these cus i felt em throughout my whole uppper body; plus it just looks badass when people can do them.

week wrap up / bored

was a good week with my exercising and diet. thank god for those protein bars and fake ice cream! i have no junk food cravings thanks to them

I weigh in sunday so tommorow is my low salt, no soda day so ill be a cranky f*cker.

After last weeks goose egg i cranked up the daily post WO elliptical sessions to 30 minutes and started jogging bursts during my morning walk - its pretty sweet cuz it  makes the 3 miles go by faster; Actually today i jogged for a long ass time but when i reached my truck i noticed that i wasnt huffin and puffin like that big bad wolf, so that was a cool surprise

got 2 pairs of new shoes on the way. i got my current ones 70 pounds and a thousand miles ago. I happened to look at the bottoms the other day and i had worn thru the soles but didnt even know since they are so comfortable. Saucony is by far  the best brand ive ever ever worn; i doubt my feet would held up thru all those 3 mile walks without em!
