this weeks results: -3LBS ….. -.4%BF

Great results this week! I dropped 3 lbs and -.4% body fat.
Changes:
- added an 3rd protein drink, to take my total grms per day to just over 300
- am cardio) 30 minutes walkin, 10-15 minutes jogging / runnning.
- post WO cardio is still 25-30 min elliptical
Gonna take 2 days off the pavement pounding so my hips can chill out; ill get on the gas again Tuesday.
