I woke up and cranked for 20 minutes on elliptical. The scale didnt budge, so I didnt make my goal of breakin into the 250’s this month; Ill get there in the next 2 weeks for sure.

i just ordered a new ez-curl bar off ebay, pretty similar to that one ^.. lookin forward to gettin it since im on a bicep kick these days. BTW, if u have a home gym, i highly recommend this store, their stuff is really inexpensive; ive used em about 5 times with zero problems.

anyways im curious if anybody has ever used a Bicep Blaster??? ive seen em for years in magazines but never gave it any thought till now - since i saw that they are only about 20 bucks.

tested BF% as soon as i woke up. in about 40 days it dropped -1.8 and is 29%. did 20 minutes elliptical, and eeked out the week with … -1.7lbs. Im happy with it; Im not sure what happened, but this weigh-in made my chart blow a gasket; if it doesnt fix itself by next week ill start fresh

The new split worked great this week. I was sore as hell, but there was no “pain overlap” the way i have the parts split up. I’m gonna stick with this one for a while
mon - back / biceps
tues - chest / triceps
wed - cardio only
thrs - legs
fri - shoulders / traps
sat - cardio only
sun - REST (weigh day)

about 2-3 weeks ago, i cut back on the protein drinks to a 50grm of zero carb isopure as soon as i wake up, pre-cardio. i noticed that lately im alot sorer than usual. I dont know if im workin out harder or just not recovering as well so im gonna throw in an additional drink post workout - 25whey/25 casein.

For about 3 years straight, everyday i was in a home depot picking up somethin or other. Sometimes feelin crabby from a hangover, sometimes starvin, or sometimes just stuffed from a bigass lunch. When i was 320lbs in there i was just always feelin some kind of shitty and thered always be people starin; Theres an aisle with alotta mirrors that i’d walk down and suck in my gut as hard as i could to try to look normal. I’d inevitably haul ass outta there cuz i was grossed out and deflated at how FAT I was. Puttin on 10lbs a year really adds up fast
FAST FORWARD 1 YEAR - and alotta hard work
It was a windy day here thrsday and and just before i started liftin - the mirror by my weights fell over and shattered. I jumped in my truck and hit home depot in my workout gear - boots, shorts, and a loose black underarmor shirt . I grabbed a cart, 6 cinder blocks and i was on the hunt for a mirror. Just like before, people stared… I was feelin the same self conscious that i i used to feel i was like goddamn.. On top of that i couldnt find the fuchin mirrors! I finally asked someone and when i walked down the bathrom cabinet aisle this time I glanced to my right and was shocked!! The obese fat guy id seen for a decade in those very same mirrors wasnt staring back at me; Instead I saw a lean guy with muscles pushin that cart. I shit you not, it was like i had an out of body experience. Luckily nobody else was in the aisle, cuz man i musta posed for 2 minutes before i strolled outta that joint with 2 new mirrors. For the first time people were starin at the beef, not the huge spare tire / lovehandles.
The reason i wrote this blog is to thank everybody thats givin me encouragment , info, and motivation since i started my mission a year ago. Ive still got a ways to go to be like the studs on bodyspace, but I’m gettin there. To those who are just starting or in the middle of your own transformation… DONT GIVE UP! Cuz its an awesome feeling when u look in a mirror one day and you are impressed by your new body! No matter how far gone you are… I guarantee: Bust your ass and eat clean for a year and the results will amaze you!

so i hit the trail for my 3 mile walk this morning. then lifted and did my 20 miute elliptical this afternoon. my dad’s 64th birthday so we got him a 10lb prime rib, mashed potatos, etc. i was just gonna have the meat, but then the phone rang and it was the radiologist telling my mom that all the chemo treatments had worked and her cancer is finally gone. was a heavy thing to deal with for about a year so needless to say it was great news for us all around. i had a huge hunk of meat,a scoop of the potatos. later i had 1 piece of pineapple upside down cake w mint ice cream just so i wopuldnt dwell on it. it was tasted great, but my new discipline kinda surprised me! i was able to limit it to 1 cheat meal and be done with it. 
i think im gonna do another elliptiical session right now since its nice out and i wanna burn off some off some of calories and the sugar energy so i can sleep later

the new plan is workin! had my first official weigh-in in 2 weeks and Im down 4 so that was sweet. still using the same menu and L-carnitine as in the previous blog; only change is the addition of some excellent fake ice cream!!! ive had it daily for 2 weeks and am still losing fat so i figured id pass the word.
its called Luke’s, its in a half gallon, round plastic tub - chocolate is my favorite, coffee and butter pecan are pretty damn good too. for a cup its like 80 cals, 0 fat, 26 carbs, no sugar or fructose. if u have a sweet tooth I highly recommend it! it must be new cuz i couldnt find any online pics so i took 2 quick ones.PS - i got it at a regular grocery store, Publix here in florida.

i lift on my back porch and for about a month now without fail - this bigass godzilla lizard jumps up on a cinderblock and watches me the whole time. he gives me the evil eye the whole time but he keeps my porch bug free, so I named the mean little bastard Mike.. it would be awesome if he could yell at me when my ass is draggin
