think my diet needs tweakin…
Sunday, January 27th, 2008noticed yesterday while i was puttin on my belt that i need to drill some new holes because its not fittin me right anymore. that was a great sign!
weigh-in day:
did elliptical for 20 minutes this morning then jumped on the scale this mornin and saw that i only lost half a pound this week. tryin not to get wrapped around the axel over a number, but it was definitly a surprise. religiously doin mornin cardio, noon lifting/elliptical. im startin to think i need to readjust the macros, mainly fat intake; maybe even have 1 or 2 lowcarb days during the week. this was my average this week according to fitday.com:
calories: 2241
fat: 73 - gonna keep this under 50 and see what happens this week
carb: 115
protein: 253
any other ideas?

it just hit me what ive done different this week.i looked over my food log and i didnt eat one damn vegetable all week long… i was drinkin V8 instead, cuz i got burned after months of vegetables…. gonna go back to eatin lots of broccoli and spinach again and see how the scale looks next sunday
