hit a new 9 year low!

Sunday, December 2nd, 2007

weighed in @ 290.1lbs this mornin, lowest ive been in like 9yrs, so im very happy. eating clean and the mornin cardio are habit again; and it seems like my body is not holding onto the fat like it was, now it seems to be speedin up the weightloss process. i think id look pretty solid between 260-270, so i finally see the light at the end of the tunnel
went off supplements during my trip and a week after i left the whey alone my skin has cleared up.  gonna try ON’s egg protein powder this week and see how my complexion does with that. after that ill add back green magnitude creatine

5am wake- 1 handful walnuts
45 minutes cardio

6:30 - 2 eggs, 4 slices turkey breast, 1 fat free cheese

10-11 - tuna, cauliflower

1 - meat, vegetables

3pm -PRE-LIFT snack -  scoop of sweet potato, scoop of oatmeal, dab of natural peanut butter

4pm LIFT
immediatly after liftin - 2eggs
5-6 steak, spinach

8-9 handful of walnuts

** 1 diet soda per day, 2-3 sugar free popsicles per day for sweets, water whenever i can
