1.5 scoops Purple Wraath - **45 minutes cardio**
breakfast - 2 eggs, turkey breast slices, 1 fat free cheese
lunch - shrimp, fish, chicken or steak / cauliflower , broccoli, or spinach
desert - jello w pecans or walnuts
pre-lift snack - 1 scoop whey w water, 1 small scoop oatmeal / 1/4 sweet potato w 1tsp natty PB
Green Mag (creatine), 1 scoop white flood (NO/energizer) - **LIFT**
2 scoops whey w water
dinner - shrimp, fish, chicken or steak / cauliflower , broccoli, or spinach
just before bed - 1 scoop casein protein
~2,200-3,000 calories; 220 grams protein; 1.5 gallons water
