NINE WEEKS OUT!
I cannot believe how fast the time is going-maybe that's a good thing? LOL I definitely have my good days & bad days when it comes to my mood. I know I've done everything right to this point so it's all up to me to get my head in the game!
At this point, my measurements are on target & I'm down to7% BF. I am currently doing 9 hours of cardio/week with one hour of that broken into (3) 20 minute HIIT sessions. Basically, all I do is eat, let my food digest and get right back on the treadmill. I am lifting 5x/week with the 6th day just targeting shoulders, bi's & whatever else I feel I need to work on for the week. Â
I'm still on straight calories-1600. That will change at the 7 week mark. At that point I will "zig-zag" the calories. That means one -three days will be low with one day high, etc. Most of the change will come in the form of carbs.Â
I am so excited to step out on that stage! The NPC USA's...I'm truly blessed!
