I can’t believe it’s been over 3 months since I’ve written anything in my blog!  Time really flies!

So here I am with so much to say that I hardly know where to start.  First of all, thanks for all of the incredible support and comments I’ve received from my fellow BodySpacers!  I love it!  No matter how tired or drained I might feel, all of your support gets me right back in gear again!

I’m still in awe over how many of you follow me from here to my website (http://www.kathylaucius.com) and how much mail I’ve received there!  I really do try to answer all of your questions and I honestly read every last one of them.  In fact, I’m going to take up some of the more recurring suggestions.  I’m going to be adding a new Video Section in the next few days!!!  If you have any suggestions on what you’d like to see, email me!   Also, make sure that you go to my website and sign up for my Newsletter! (http://www.kathylaucius.com/documents/newsletter.html) That way you will know when I’ve added a new video or photo gallery or if I’ve got other important news to share.  I will also be adding a Guestbook feature to my website so that your comments and ideas can be posted for all to see and comment on!

My new e-Book, “Burn Off The Fat” is scheduled for release at the end of next month, again, get signed up for my Newsletter (http://www.kathylaucius.com/documents/newsletter.html) as I will be offering a pre-sale price mid march.

I am currently training for the NPC Texas contest to be held in Houston on 7/18/09. From there it’s on to Nationals  (probably Jr. Nationals first in Chicago).  I’ve stepped up my workouts in the gym & my diet is slow & steady to continue to sculpt a rockin bod! I will be 41 in (YIKES) 7 days! I can’t believe how blessed I am to do all of this!
