Weekly Report

Thursday, August 2nd, 2007

Life is good and for the living.  So live everyday to the fullest and be healthy as you can be.  I have been running every morning @ 6:30 for about 30 or so minutes. I feel great,  never really thought I would be able to get my lazy ass up early in the morning though.  I feel rejuvinated thru out the day.  And I haven’t looked yet but I hope its helping with my fat loss.  Til next time I’m out.

Bouncing Back

Saturday, July 28th, 2007

My third day back on my way to a better me.  My workout was quite decent.  I started off with back and then moved my way thru the circuit.  I superset my tri’s and bi’s and finished it off with alittle cardio.  I feel pumped and alive again. Ready to  move into the next phase of this journey. Which will probably come in the next 2 months.

Its Time For A Comeback

Friday, July 27th, 2007

Let me start off by saying hello and welcome to my first blog on BB.com.  For those who don’t know me I’m King of M.D. (My Destiny). I’ve been a member for several months now and I must say I love this website (and the ladies too) and all the info it has to offer.  I like many others on the site I hold high the essentials of fitness and well-being.  Bodybuilding on the other hand is like a refined piece of art.  We all have that Michel’Angelo in us to bring the inner beauty and physique we possess.  My few words of encouragement to all the people out there who may need it. Life is what you make it (Bla’ Bla’ Bla’) Always think positive about any situation we’re faced with (Bla’ Bla’ Bla’). Okay, I’m done with that you’ve heard it time and time again.  Now heres alittle tough love.  To acquire the body you truely desire you have to work for it.  Some form of effort and discipline has to be achieved to see results on your masterpiece or should I say work in progress.  We all slip and fall off the path, but just remember the goal you have in mind and the reward of a better you at the end.  I felt compelled to write this little blog if you call it that because I too have fallen and reading comments and personal effects from others help me get back on track.  So just call this me giving back to whom ever needs this. No matter how dumb you think you may sound you never know who and how your words my impact someone.  (I apologize now and for future references for any misspelled and grammatical errors).
