Hey yea I had an mri and it showed no torn muscles and I just had am emg test done about 3 days ago and it came up negative on nerve damage. So they don’t really know what’s wrong with me. THanks for asking and leaving a comment

I have some experience with such pain… try 2 Robitussin Cough Gels.. before bed. They take 20 minutes to start, and last 12 hours. The Fibromyalgia Network recommend them. I got off pain killers and muscle relaxers with them. Try them if you have to.
Voltaren Gel may help too. Or Lidoderm Lidocaine Patches.
Deep tissue massages help me, as well as a Chyropractor.
www.alkalife.com has some PH Balance pills that are also great. I’ve had good results from them.. He also sells a FAR Infrared Heating pad both my sister and I have had great results with. The heat goes 3 cm deep, and I sleep with it against a pillow sometimes. Stimulates blood flow. Research them.
Pain MDs can use Trigger Point injections that will help the muscles relax. Pinched nerves can not relax on their own.
One lady I googled on this said..
What I have discovered though? PREDNISONE!!!! Go to your family doc and tell them you would like a quick 7 day Pred pack starting in really high doses until you are down to one-a-day. They have a lot of side-effects but is truly the only thing I have found that helps.
