I started Glutamine and Animal pak yesterday.
Technically I fit into my new jeans, but I have some fat hanging over…so its just technical but I have been working for 3 months to get into them so I AM WEARING THEM!!
I know I should focus on the positive stuff thats going on but I just want to be size 4/6 size badly again. I know that because of all this protein and less bingeing carb intake I will be amazingly better off and so much better looking than before at size 4/6.
I had a photoshoot today and I felt so amazing in these jeans and I felt thinner and sexy and then I just saw the picture and my confidence feels shot. Why does this happen?? ugh. I know I had this fanciful idea that Im like a 10 when I am an almost 12. ugh. body shrink fat already fast!
I am trying to figure out what I can do differently to speed up the process. Its not unrealistic to lose a pant size a month. I have to increase weights for sure. Ive been so focused on dance. I havent been doing intervals regularly.
As disappointed at how I am in how I look right now I know I will be even more amazing in the coming months, if I can lose a pants size a month.
-1 gram/bodyweight
-30-45g good fat
-15-30g fiber depending on if I eat beans or just flax.
I know about thermo foods but it seems that even if I eat higher it doesnt help. now Im feeling highly discouraged. I cut out flour and I thought bam itll happen quicker and its not. not that I regret cutting out flour/sugar, I dont. I just want results. SOS!

Wow Have not written since Feb. As I do not have access at work or at home, and I forget when I do have access….
Anyhow, Made major progress food wise since last november. Started to eat beans 3-5 days a week. Been really good with that since then, people think it’s weird for me to eat beans so often but really they are so beneficially, if they only knew!
But I read joshhillis.com, he inspires me and keeps me going to what I know is right. I have been working to cut out flour almost completely and sugar, basically lean protein and fiber. And finally I DID IT. I never thought Id be able too because of all my failings but I went a month without flour, except 2 days I did have bread/pizza, but two days is VERY GOOD considering my past. and with all the whey, beans, flax and good fat, I was SOOOO FULL a lot of the time. I also started to eat air popped popcorn with butter cooking spray instead of something worse like pringles. I was eating alot of it last winter/spring and less so as I work to drink whey instead.
I tried for a week to eat 500+ calories just for a metabolic boost and I could not do it! Every day I ate the same amount of cals I usually try to stick at, and I was forcing myself to drink whey and eat protein…
well yesterday and today I did not eat any high protein, I was planning too, but I had 3 bowls of cereal and then I just was not hungry (feeling sick) most of the day, had a salad at 1 and then finally a 9inch pizza at 430, I was hungry but didnt eat the rest of the night. So I think it worked out ok as far as calories but still flour and sugar….and today I had a catfish poboy and onion rings and fries and a medium concrete…so pretty much more sugar than Ive had all month in two days. But I can quit anytime! I THINK! TOmorrow Im planning just whey all day. Ive been trying to get 1g protein per bodyweight every day…and so far I am not consistant. usually I can get 100-150g a day. Im trying to eat flax 2tbs at least a day, and I try to eat beans more usually 2c dry.
Trying to improve on bi’s. started last month really working with my 15, really improved, hoping by next month to get to 20lb. thatll be a huge goal accomplished for me.
I walked 2 miles and my ankles are sore today. So I wont be exercising, also a little sick.

well I have been doing pretty good this new year, feeling good changes, nothing major though. I do 100 minutes on the treadmill 4 days a plus, other days I dance. and now I am doing my best to do 1500 calories, low sugar, no sugar except yogurt and blueberries. I really want to be drastically different in two months time. Its possible!
I just have to keep sugar to a minimum and keep cals below 1500.
Id like to lose two sizes in two months but Im not holding my breath, or doing anything too crazy.

So I am drinking muscle milk for one week. Exactly 1500 calories a day and 30 min cardio to an hour a day for a week to see how that affects me. I have my chance and I’m taking it. I want to lose 20-30 lbs by new years.

ANy know a credited site for getting a Nutrition Counselor certification??
–Ive been doing well with weights, legs saturdays and wednesdays. Also doing plies and squats which I normally dont do, but I really really want to lose 15 by mid june to beginning July. Im doing a zigzag "diet", trying to not eat a lot of sugar, half succeeded today….I havent been doing cardio like I had in feb. but I do walk often and dance. I cant wait to move out, then I can feel free to eat as healthy and good as I want. First order I need a new job….

I cant decide if I want to buy Vaporize and scorch or syntrax guggul and fyre or animal cuts??
I really really really want to lose 30 by the month of July-August.
I know it wont happen but Id love for SOMETHING to happen.

So in the past two months (almost!) Ive done really well!
And I think even though my doctor said I might have HypO thyroid…I think I have hypER.
But I havent had it checked and I should do that this month.
I havent exercised in about three weeks.
This week Ive been doing the zigzag diet.
This weekend keeping it low, and drinking gfp, was sick this past week.

so week four of not buying anything junky at the store, although technically I did today….I bought ritz baked chips….
:( but
a. rush
b. break
c. didnt eat that much at all the whole day
so….um…..yeah….and in my defense it’s incredibly difficult to get in the protein when there is no fridge or microwave at your workplace (they are renting just for a few months)
and….so….I bought two protein bars and low carb soymilk (although I read soy it awful for you so I stopped any instance of ever buying it, until tonight I wanted something protein cause of the no fridge/microwave)
so anyhow, Im hungry now, post nasal drip.
been doing a lot of weights lately, I read to get to doing 4 hours a week, which isnt a shock to me because i used to do almost that when I was thin.
and my brother was all "oh dont over do it"
Im really tired of contrary advice.
I read a lot. I was reading the menshealthmag.com site and its different in it’s approach ot things than womens….
I read one thing about milk and dairy and then I read another how you should stay away from it….
Im tired of it.

almost two weeks since I’ve bought any "junk" at a store. so gold star. I’ve been doing if not an hour, up to two hours most days, depending. usually there’s one day off, and Im working on weights again.
my goal is 187, last sunday I was 189….bleh. I really am just frustrated. I want something to happen. is it REALLY this hard? I try to stay between 1200-1500, if my bmr is 2000….and I try for 90 minutes a day usually at least -500 there, I eat 100-200 grams of protein, 30-40 of fiber….
I eat a lot of berries with my whey. and switch between chicken and tuna at work.
sure Ive had some chips one day or so, and some of that popcorn….at least Im not buying it for emotional reasons or psych.
I just dont want to keep doing all this work week after week and not see anything.
this week I need to work on keeping track of what I eat after work. I do well with walking at night.
if you’re suppose to burn more than what you take in…if I eat less than 1500….I should burn 3500 right? too much thinking.
but I know I can’t eat less than 1200. its just too much. somethings gotta pay off and soon!
