How to deal with a bad day of eating….

Ok so today is a prime example of a day where I was just out of control.  It was like I didn’t care at all about what or how much I ate.  Sometimes when I get around my family I forget about eating healthy.  Today I had blueberry pancakes in the morning, chips and dip for a snack, then 2 pop tarts, 2 hotdogs, 2 smores and topped it off with a granola bar. This was through the course of the day, but come on…it was like my body was saying "FEED ME"…what the hell?  Anyway, it is the end of the night and the guilt has set in….how can I get back to feeling positive?

hey Kayla dont worry too much we all have those days we are only human just take it as one day and then tomorrow just start eating clean again. I had a meal that was 6 pieces of pizza and 1 large coke and chocolate ice and jelly and some whipped cream and im doing a photo shoot in 4 weeks But did i feel guilty yes but tomorrow is a new day and I will eat clean again. Its hard i know to get the feel of being postive dont stress too much okay and just start again tomorrow and just try to eat something thats healthy or try something that u dont like that much add spices or favours to make it more inviting to eat. Like dont stress okay and All the best okay Peter

maybe your body was saying feed me….i don’t know how clean you normally eat…but every now and then it’s good to eat some crap…especially if you have a hard workout planned tomorrow…like legs…you’ll just burn it off…as long as you get right back on track tomorrow you don’t need to stress over it…no reason to beat yourself up anyways…what’s done is done…

You’ve just got to let it go and get back to eating clean. I’ve been there many times before and beating yourself up is just not productive…the sooner you get back on track the better!
