Finally feeling sore again…
Tuesday, August 18th, 2009OK, so it’s been a while! But immediately after hitting an intense lift last night - I was starting to feel that familiar ache and soreness from tore up muscles! Thank God! I was starting to feel like I was hitting a plateua! I have this week and next on the current regimen, then I move me and my training partners to a plyo-workout with boxing/sparring cardio to give the body a shock - then I’m moving us into a low-high rep workout to continue building strength while working on muscle definition. I’m considering a cutting phase - but I may continue bulking for a few more weeks - time will tell!
