I started a new routine last week. I have always had this thing were I felt I had to do 10 reps for some reason. Thats what I have always done. Finally I switched to everything 20 reps a few weeks ago. It felt weird but I kind of liked it. Now I switched to 6 reps. I love this because I am using heavier weights. Hopefully I will see improvements in strength on this routine. If so I will try to post either pictures or stats, whichever changes.

Although aesthetics is not my number one goal, I would like to start eating better. I’m sure it would benefit my training also. Your thoughts welcomed.
