weighted dips and pull ups
Tuesday, April 29th, 2008so i got my dip belt and have used it once for dips and once for pull ups and love it so far
for dips i was able to do 3 x 10 reps with 90lbs
for pull ups 5 x 8 and 1 x 6 reps (got tired lol) with 45 lbs
(2 sets wide grip, 2 sets med. parallel grip, 2 sets underhand grip)
no where near what i want to do,
my goal is 1 pull up with BW + BW (160 lbs) (1 with all 3 grips)
and 1 dip with BW + 2xBW (320 lbs)
