so i got my dip belt and have used it once for dips and once for pull ups and love it so far
for dips i was able to do 3 x 10 reps with 90lbs
for pull ups 5 x 8 and 1 x 6 reps (got tired lol) with 45 lbs
(2 sets wide grip, 2 sets med. parallel grip, 2 sets underhand grip)
no where near what i want to do,
my goal is 1 pull up with BW + BW (160 lbs) (1 with all 3 grips)
and 1 dip with BW + 2xBW (320 lbs)
let me know what you think

I started a new routine last week. I have always had this thing were I felt I had to do 10 reps for some reason. Thats what I have always done. Finally I switched to everything 20 reps a few weeks ago. It felt weird but I kind of liked it. Now I switched to 6 reps. I love this because I am using heavier weights. Hopefully I will see improvements in strength on this routine. If so I will try to post either pictures or stats, whichever changes.

As you can probably tell from my pictures, I don’t have a bodybuilding diet. I try not to eat a lot of junk food and things like that but I don’t have the best habits when it comes to eating. Although aesthetics is not my number one goal, I would like to start eating better. I’m sure it would benefit my training also. Your thoughts welcomed.
