the instructor, greg, was very fare and did talk to his tester, and offered to waive the retake fee as he could not get solid information. I am happy with how he dealt with the situation. And while the hour drive sucked to take 30 seconds of a test.. I got it done this weekend and with all hope will now pass..

If nothing else make you will have a good arguement where they allow you to retest for free. Everyone can make a mistake. They shouldnt think their trainers are perfect.

the practical was an onsite with a trainer in a gym.. Example : ok, perform a Hamstring stretch for me and teach me how to do it.. you do it, then they go to the next one.

It was like a 15 minute hands on fake training session.

The trainer didnt write anything down as we went throug it, but the report has a grading system 0 1 2 3 4 5 .. they circle how well you did on different aspects, explaining it, demonstrating it etc.

since they say I did the wrong assessment, they gave me a 0, for an entire section..

looks like it will be my word vs them.. hope the trainer remembers that she spaced out..

Do you have a copy of the answers you put on the test? You should bring that up. Tell them to SHOW you the wrong answers on your test since you know you put the correct answers. If they have nothing to hide then it should not be a problem.
